Extremely pleased with the service. I was missing a little bit of hair in the middle of my hairline which may have been genetic after the consultation with Dr. Jezic the only thing I regretted was not getting this done sooner ! Day of procedure, everyone was there on time and the surg tech Thais made me feel super comfortable through out the whole process. She also explained all the after care step, provided an after care kit to take home and provided with contact details for further questions. If anyone is looking to get their hair restored I will 100 percent recommend this place, they know what they are doing and it's for a reasonable price as well ( I was also able to use my HSA card)

Walked in and they took me right away. Loved Betty and Rita at the front desk. Such a positive vibe. I was very impressed with them. Very professional and positive and Upbeat. Met with Dr. JEZIC and explained everything. He Answered all my questions and I was all in. No high pressure. Just a great overall experience. I highly recommend this office. 👌

Maybe good for straight hair, not so much for curly hair. Scarring was worst than it should have been and hair growth consistency isn't good. Took too much from donor area than needed for the amount of graphs. No numbing for local anesthesia. Follow up customer service was lacking, though they were helpful for follow up medicine prescription. Went to Turkey and had a much better experience and realized the difference.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jezic and his team (Thais, Betty, & Rita); they were detailed, considerate and ensured the process was as easy and straightforward as possible. And while I'm not far out from surgery - so far - the results appear to be great.

As a woman, I never thought I would be in a situation where I would want or need a hair transplant, but due to genetics and different styling mishaps, here I am. Even though I HATE that I had to go through this, I'm happy that I decided to go with this facility. Everybody, and I do mean EVERYBODY is nice and helpful. As an out-of-town patient, I had very particular questions and concerns, but I was never once treated like I was bothering anyone. I hated the cost BUT considering the number of grafts I was receiving, the per unit pricing wasn't bad and was better than what I could find in my home state, California. Additionally, I have kinky-coily hair that is considered more difficult to work with. Through their FUE technique, my follicles were extracted relatively quickly and with ease. 2500+ healthy grafts were extracted and implanted This is something I was especially concerned about, but the highly trained and knowledgeable staff was able to handle my case without issue. I would definitely recommend Maxim, Dr Jezix, and his staff to anyone looking to undergo this procedure. Dr Jezic is straightforward and honest. Never once did I feel like he was there just to take my money. Lastly, Even though I'm out of state, my after care questions are answered quickly. They have been very accommodating to my schedule... Something I absolutely needed considering I had to turn around flight. Again, I would highly recommend this facility and I do plan on going back for a second round.

I could not be happier with the results of my hair transplant conducted by Dr. Jezic and his team---particularly Thais. HE CRAFTED A PLAN FOR ME THAT INVOLED 4 DIFFERENT SESSIONS OVER A 5 YEAR PERIOD. HE GETS SO EXCITED AT FOLLOW UP WHEN HE GETS TO SEE THE RESULTS. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND THAIS IS THE BEST. FUE IS AN ART AND SHE IS PICASO. MY FINAL RESULT CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS AMAZING. P.S. I AM CURRENTLY RECOVERING FROM THE LAST SESSION IN JUNE 2023, 7 MONTHS OUT NOW JANUARY 2024. My Journey with Dr. Jezic started a few years ago when one of my buddies I hadn't seen in awhile came over with a full head of hair. I asked him what he did and he told me what Dr Jezic and his team did for him. Being a non believer on this procedure before I saw him, I was like that actually works. So I booked an appointment to see if it would work for me. The transplants worked so well in the front and crown of my head that I went back to do the area in between a year later. The results are incredible. I was thinning all over the top and figured it would be better to catch this earlier and be proactive rather then waiting till it was a big problem. If you are on the fence definitely go see Dr Jezic. It works and I am Extremely happy with the results. His team is awesome as well.

From day one the front desk immediately helped me plan my procedure. From giving me hotel suggestions to anticipated Uber costs. Above and beyond helpful. Everyone was very calming to put my mind at ease on the day of procedure. They worked very efficiently and professionally. Went out of the way to make sure that I was comfortable. Offering to watch movies on the big screen or listen to whatever music I wanted. At one point I was so relaxed. I'm quite certain I fell asleep. Halfway through the procedure we took a short break and they provided a personalized lunch sandwich that they had ordered for me earlier. Impeccable timing! We finished up procedure and post op clean up and instructions in record time. I've been to Dr. Jezic before this and he was fantastic. But this most recent experience was by far the best experience I've ever had. I was the last patient and was expecting to take an Uber, my hotel was on Dr. Jezic's way home so he personally gave me a ride back to my hotel and checked on me the next day. I traveled from out of state to be able to take advantage of Dr. Jezic's fine talent. I certainly was not disappointed! My results are fantastic and I have strongly recommended him to friends and family interested in the same procedure. He deserves more stars, but five is the limit on this review. I would give more if it was possible. If you are at all considering having a procedure done, I guarantee you will not find a better doctor to do it then Dr. Jezic.
