If you think you are worried about the result of your hair transplant more than me definitely you are wrong. I was thinking for a few years and have done so many research before finally could convince myself to let this office do the hair transplant for me.
Dr Thiele knows his job very well and, definitely he is Pro in this field. The staffs are very respectful and kind and helpful.
At the end your friends are never notice that you have done an hair transplant Unless you tell them.

So far it has been great I am 9 months in and have complete the results I desired. I didn’t have any issues with the recovery process and the procedure was as painless as can be. Dr Thiele and the staff have been very helpful and informative throughout this journey. I recommend this location due their attention to detail and expertise. They were also very accommodating with my schedule on the procedure and the check up appointments.

My experience here was great, the staff and everyone involved were very friendly and my results have been great as well. Coming from someone with no eyebrow hair to now finally having some was a great confidence booster. If you’re considering coming here for your hair transplant, do it. It is definitely worth it.

After a lot of research, I decided to get a second hair transplant at MAXIM Hair Restoration. It was a five-hour drive for me, and like with any medical procedure, there’s always a bit of uncertainty. You don’t really know what you’re walking into until you meet the doctor, nurses, and staff. But from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, every single person I interacted with made me feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease.

Having had a previous transplant elsewhere, I can honestly say the experience at MAXIM was on a whole different level. Donnita, the office manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to my appointment. She answered all of my questions and ensured I was fully prepared before I even walked in the door.

Dr. Thiele was fantastic. He took his time to sit down with me, map out the hairline, and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He emphasized that it was my decision and he wanted me to feel confident about the final look. His patience and attention to detail were impressive, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting it right.

The procedure itself lasted about eight hours, but the entire team made it feel easy. Everyone was focused on my comfort with no rushing and no stress. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and felt completely included and in control. Pain was basically nonexistent, and their bedside manner made all the difference.

What really stood out was the follow-up. Dr. Thiele personally called me the next day, on a Saturday during his own weekend, to check in and gave me his direct number in case I had any concerns. That level of care is rare.
