“I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Thiele and his team members at Maxim Hair Restoration in Dallas. Starting from the consultation, they explained in detail exactly how the procedure would take place, how many grafts I would need to cover my balding area, and the cost of the procedure. He also explained the difference between the FUT and FUE procedure, to which he recommended the FUE because I had a large donor area that they could extract from to cover the entirety of my bald spot. After the consultation I was followed up with by Shayna who sets up the procedure appointments. She is very sweet and kept in touch with anytime I needed anything or had any questions. On the day of my procedure I got to meet the team members performing the extraction and implants and they were all very professional and explained to me exactly what they were doing as they were doing it. I was very nervous at first but Dr. Thiele was able to calm me down and I felt very relieved knowing every step of the process. After the procedure was complete, which took approximately 12-13 hours (because I required around 4,000 grafts) they followed up with me when I got home just to make sure I was following the post-op instructions, taking my medications correctly, etc. They continued to follow up with me after the day of the procedure which was really relieving because it truly shows how much they care about their clients. I would highly recommend these guys and if I ever need additional grafts this is where I will be going to.”
